Renaat once again cleverly spotted a great track on the B-side of a release, and made it a killer on his own imprint R&S. "New Beat The House" is still a classic, and was a revelation then : it mixes simply some Art Of Noise Samples with the famous synth line of Kraftwerk "It's More Fun to Compute", plus some extra vocal samples. ("Compression" from Frank De Wulf's B-sides, did the same thing, a few month later, without samples, but with the same powerfull result...) It was one of those tracks that made people mad back in 1989, with its simplicity and "violence" : Hard Beat was the name, Future was the feeling. Added to that, it is one of the very first appearance of Speedy J, credited here for scratchs !
