"STRICTLY PROMO ONLY" is listed on the top right corner of the back of the sleeve. The tracklisting states that "2,000 Shoes (Top Buzz) 6:26" is on the b-side, but the "B.A.D. Overture" repeats on both sides. Bassist Leo Williams is on the cover in a pose emulating the cover of Prince's "Lovesexy" album, hence the title of this record.
